Highway of Heroes

A couple things:
1. I'm wearing pajama pants in this video. Don't judge me.
2. This was way more fun that writing all of the assignments I have to do.
3. I make a few mistakes in the video...deal with it ;o) As such, I tried to upload this video directly to Blogger so the world wouldn't be able to see my blunders on YouTube but it wouldn't let me for some reason. So YouTube it is.
4. Cheers!

  2. Finally!!! You are an inspiration to all the kids you will be teaching in the future. Next time you blog I'm expecting you to sing, maybe "Five Little Monkey". Great song for the Kindergarten. I drummed and sang this song to the Kindergarten students in my DSTC practicum and they loved it.
Thanks for sharing your music and in your PJs too! :)

  3. Great job! Kids will love to have a live version of this song by a teacher they are connected to, at Remembrance Day ceremonies at a school in the future. I taught grade 7 with a guy that played, sang, and acted and he had a tremendous rapport with the kids. It also helped that he just really liked people, including kids! But this is a touching song and neat to be able to say that it is by a Canadian band as well. The Highway of Heroes seems to be a uniquely Canadian tradition. And thanks for finding the confidence to share so publicly.
